Rustic Baked Chicken Stew
RECIPE
6 skinned chicken breast tenderloins
1/2 onion (cubed)
12 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TSP salt
4 cups chicken broth
5 vines rosemary
4 vines thyme
6 red fingerling potatoes
10 blue fingerling potatoes
6 petite whole carrots
1 celery stick cut in two
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 375. In a large clay pot or any baking dish add your chicken, onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, rosemary, thyme, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Before putting in the oven add in two cups of chicken broth, slowly adding in the other two cups during the baking process. Let bake for about 3 hours so everything is tender and delicious! This is a one-pot cooks all kind of meal so grab a glass of wine or two and relax. Enjoy!
