Baby Back Ribs
Recipe
1 rack pork ribs
1/2 TBSP granulated garlic
1/2 TBSP minced dried onion
1/2 TBSP crushed red pepper
2 TSP cumin
2 TSP paprika
1 TSP ground oregano
1 TSP salt
Directions
In a small mixing bowl blend together all of your seasonings. On a large baking sheet or platter lay out your rack of ribs and coat the entire rack in your dry rub. Pat the seasoning into the meat to make sure it's fully coated on the ribs. I have a 4 burner gas grill so I turn on three of the burners and place the rack of ribs on the off burner all the way to the end of the grill to get that perfect indirect heat that cooks the pork to the perfect thorough tender point without drying them out. I cook the baby backs for about 2 hours with the lid closed. Check on the meat every once in a while but try and let it cook through.
