5 Ingredient Broiled Fish
RECIPE
2 whole swai fillets
2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1 lime juiced
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
4 green onions (chopped)
1/2 TSP white pepper
DIRECTIONS
Season the fish in a cast iron pan or any skillet that can be used on the stove top and the oven. Crush the garlic and spread on the fish. Pour a little bit of vegetable oil or olive oil in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on the stove top on high heat and then put the skillet in the broiler on high. Let the fish crisp up on the top and then remove from heat. You can serve this fish with rice, quinoa, or my favorite way is to use the fish for tacos.
